3. No Recovery of Login Information You are solely responsible for remembering your login credentials. I do not provide a password or login recovery option. If you forget your login information, you will not be able to access your account or any documents stored within it.
4. Data Storage and Security All documents are stored in the browser's local storage as well as in my internal database. While I take precautions to protect the security of your documents, I require all users to create strong, complex passwords to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. However, I cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
5. Limitation of Liability I am not responsible for any loss of documents or data, whether due to forgotten login credentials, browser malfunction, unauthorized access, or any other reason. You acknowledge and accept that I am not liable for any data loss or unauthorized access to your account or documents.
6. User Responsibilities You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account by creating and using a strong password. I recommend using a password that includes a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.
7. Data Privacy My service does not collect or store any personal information, such as email addresses, beyond the login credentials you provide. Your documents are stored within the program’s database and your browser’s local storage. I do not access, share, or use your documents for any purpose.
8. User Content Guidelines Users should not enter content related to individuals, phenomena, or things that evoke negative emotions, as the animated character may respond inappropriately.
9. Modifications to the Terms I reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Access to notes I am aware that the administrator has the technical capability to access or even edit all the notes in the database.
12. Confidential or Valuable Information: Do not save confidential or valuable information for security reasons. The website's author will not be held legally responsible for any database breaches.
